  4. After marinating is over remove lid and spoon and sauce that has came off back over the roast.
  5. Using your hands press the brown sugar all over the roast on both sides making sure the sugar adheres to the meat. Pour the apple juice into bottom of the pan. Cover.
  6. Preheat oven for 15min at 425. Place roast into oven and immediately turn oven down to 200°F and roast for 4 hrs or until as tender as you like. Stir salt and pepper into sauce and serve with your roast. Makes a great gravy as well!
  7. You could change up the juice in this, we have done this with pineapple and another time with orange juice. All times were very very yummy, could also serve this on rolls and add your favorite BBQ sauce if u like.
